Q: Why did you decide to work at Culver’s?

A: It’s sounds really stupid, but honestly I just wanted a job. I just felt like it would’ve been an interesting place to work. It’s a little bit better than the average fast food place.

Q: What’s your favorite part about working Culver’s?

A: My favorite part is dealing with different types of people. Some people come in and they’re really nice, and some people come in in a really bad mood. Its interesting to see how they react to my service.

Q: Why do you like to participate in theater?

A: I’ve always been involved in theater since middle school. It’s a fun group of people to spend your time with. It’s fun to watch the show come together and rewarding to see how the audience reacts.

Q: What is your favorite part of theater?

A: Towards tech week, the show actually seems like a show, and not a bunch of rehearsals. Its rewarding when it all comes together.

Q: What sparked your interest in band? Why are you still in it?

A: When I was in elementary school, I thought it would be really cool to be able to play an instrument. I really enjoyed getting better at it. And now, I want to stay in it because the group of people is really a great group of people to be with. Its really nice to keep improving and challenging myself with the instrument.

Q: How do you balance everything?

A: With homework and everything, at rehearsals and everything, you can do your homework if you’re not rehearsing. If I know that I have another assignment and it’s really late, I usually save it for lunch. I don’t stress myself too much, I take my time and stuff, but not so much where I won’t get it done on time.

Q: What do you think the hardest part of balancing everything is?

A: Being on top of everything. Especially in AP classes, keeping on top of the reading, tests, homework assignments. It can get kind of stressful at times. It never gets to the point where I wouldn’t want to be in the activities that I’m in because they are such a big part of my life.
