Government classes creating films about the Constitution
Starting this past Monday, CP Government students have been filming assigned topics instead of regular note-taking and lessons in class.

Until Thursday, the students will be filming in the cafeteria, and rooms A134 and B121 during first, sixth, seventh, and ninth periods.
Each group of students is assigned a topic to create a film for and then the group has to write a script based off of what they are learning about.
“We’re filming the principles that make up a government,” Amelia Sczesnak, senior and government student, said. “[For example,] our topic is popular sovereignty.”
According to Sczesnak, the films relate to the current curriculum of the class, which is mainly focused on the Constitution.
“[Filming is] a more fun way to learn the lesson,” Sczesnak said.
