The video doesn’t play and tells me to login into my google apps account (which I have done, yet still not playing).

Sorry for the inconvenience! We suggest logging out of your school account and trying with a personal account. If that doesn’t work, the video is also a youtube video, so you can search “bear facts student media” on youtube and find it that way. Hopefully this helps!
